1. Who can use Well-Being
Well-Being has two kinds of users: therapists (mental-health professionals who run their practice on the service) and clients (people who book and attend sessions with a therapist). You must be at least [CHECK: minimum age, e.g. 18] to hold an account. Therapists confirm they are qualified and permitted to practise in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure.
2. What Well-Being is — and is not
Well-Being is software that helps therapists run their practice (a bookable page, scheduling, encrypted clinical notes, payments, and video-call links). Well-Being is not a healthcare provider, does not provide therapy or medical advice, and is not a party to the therapist–client relationship. Clinical decisions and the quality of care are solely the therapist’s responsibility.
In an emergency or crisis, do not use Well-Being. Contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline. [CHECK: add relevant India crisis-line details.]
3. Therapist responsibilities
- You control your clients’ information and are the data fiduciary for it; Well-Being processes it on your instructions (see the Privacy Policy).

- You set your own fees and are responsible for the care you provide, your tax, and your compliance with applicable rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

5. Payments and subscriptions
Well-Being offers a free tier and paid subscription plans [CHECK: final tiers and prices in ₹]. Subscription fees for Well-Being itself are billed [CHECK: billing cycle] and you can cancel [CHECK: cancellation method and effect, e.g. access continues until the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refunds]. Taxes may apply.
